Mr. Scolaro founded the Company and has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Board since the Company’s inception. Mr. Scolaro has more than 30 years of experience in the resources and mining sector, and over his career, has created a large portfolio of resource- and mining-industry companies. From April 2016 to July 2017, Mr. Scolaro served as non-executive director of Woodbois Ltd. From 2011 to 2012, Mr. Scolaro served as executive chairman at Paragon Diamonds Ltd. Mr. Scolaro served as non-executive chairman at Kopane Diamond Developments Ltd. from 2009 to 2010, and at African Minerals Ltd., adding broad board-level governance experience in mineral-exploration and development companies. Prior to joining Paragon Diamonds Ltd., from 2007 to 2012, Mr. Scolaro held multiple director positions in the United Kingdom, including at Ansco Petroleum Ltd., Uragold Ltd., Woodbois Services Limited and Obtala Limited, demonstrating his long-standing international operational and corporate leadership in the resources industry.
Mr. Wilson is our Chief Financial Officer and has served in senior planning and finance positions in major corporations around the world, including PepsiCo Inc., Cadbury Schweppes PLC, RJR Nabisco, The Reader’s Digest Association, Reckitt & Coleman PLC, and Footstar Inc. He was the President of PepsiCo’s snack food business in Brazil and Cadbury Beverages North America, and the Chief Financial Officer of Pepsi USA, Cadbury Schweppes North America, RJR Nabisco, The Reader’s Digest Association, Reckitt & Coleman, and Footstar. Mr. Wilson has served on a number of boards of directors, including Reckitt & Coleman, Majesco Entertainment, Natwest Bancorp USA, Middlesex Mutual Assurance, LEK Consulting, and the Chase National Advisory Board. He has served as Chairman of the Audit Committee of Newport News Shipbuilding and Huntington Ingalls Industries.
Mr. Rollason, a non-executive employee of the Company, is a highly experienced mining executive with over 30 years of international experience across exploration, mine development and listed company leadership. He has held senior executive and board roles at multiple AIM- and LSE-listed resource companies, including serving as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Aterian PLC since 2020, Managing Director of Obtala Limited, and Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Edenville Energy PLC. Across these roles he has led corporate strategy, capital markets transactions, asset acquisitions, and project development program spanning gold, base metals, critical minerals, energy and industrial minerals, with operational experience across Africa, Central Asia and the Middle East, and a strong track record in value creation, governance and stakeholder engagement.
Ms. Hardy is our Company Secretary, a corporate governance and company secretarial professional with more than 20 years’ experience across listed and private international groups. From July 2016 to February 2022, Ms. Hardy served as Company Secretary of Woodbois Ltd, an AIM-listed natural resources company with forestry and timber operations in sub-Saharan Africa. She has held multiple director positions in the United Kingdom, including at easycharging.app Ltd, My Hippo Space Ltd, Uragold Ltd. and Obtala Limited, and has served as a director of easyCharging.app Ltd (Cayman Islands) since October 2025. Earlier in her career, Ms. Hardy served as Administration Manager and PA to the Chairman of Obtala Resources plc from April 2008 to June 2016, and as Office Manager of Regal Petroleum plc from September 2005 to March 2008, demonstrating her long-standing experience in corporate administration, regulatory compliance and governance support for public and private companies.
Mr. Dawborn is a Chartered Professional Geologist (AusIMM) and Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists (SEG) with more than 22 years of international mining and mineral exploration experience spanning project generation, exploration, resource definition, technical due diligence and project development. Over the past six years, Toby has specialised in the development of Rare Earth Element (REE) projects, with a particular focus on Ionic Adsorption Clay (IAC) and carbonatite-hosted deposits, supporting the advancement of critical minerals projects from exploration through resource development, metallurgy and feasibility studies. His expertise includes exploration strategy, geological modelling, resource estimation, mineral systems analysis and multidisciplinary data integration to support informed technical and investment decisions. Toby has held senior technical and leadership roles with major and mid-tier mining companies, working across Australia, Africa, and South America.
Joanderson Batista Pereira Araujo is a geologist and mining executive with over a decade of experience in the discovery and development of strategic mineral assets, including copper, gold, nickel, platinum-group metals, and rare earth elements, on a global scale. He combines deep greenfield and brownfield exploration expertise with a proven record of managing world-scale projects and driving business development — working directly with CEOs and international investors, and ensuring the technical and regulatory compliance needed to attract capital. He currently serves as Company Director at Cacto Geology, Mining and Environmental Ltda in Natal, Brazil, where he leads operations, strategy, and technical consulting for major players in the mining sector. Earlier, as a geologist with Ero Brazil (Caraíba) from 2019 to 2021, he was responsible for diamond drilling planning and coordinated copper and nickel exploration programs in Bahia. Joanderson holds an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and a Bachelor's degree in Geology from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN).
